Sign Petition to Fire Coach Childress

Hey - if you are interested in signing a petition to have Brad Childress fired as the Head Coach of the Minnesota Vivking, go here now! SIGN PETITION

If you are not interested in signing it quite yet, at least go read the article linked above, this guy makes a pretty good argument. As a Bears fan I refuse to sign it, I like the Vikings losing each week!

Week 4 Recap -- Vikings 17 - Titans 30

The Vikings took a beating at the hands of the undefeated Titans in this Week 4 match-up. Who would have thought that after Week 4 that the Bears and Packers would be ahead of the Mighty Vikings in the NFC Central?

Week 3 Recap -- Panthers 10 - Vikings 20

Well Gus did not look too bad in this Week 3 battle against the the Carolina Panthers. Can the Vikings get things turned around and mount a challenge in the NFC Central? (This blogger thinks not, but we will wait and see!)

Week 3 Preview - Panthers @ Vikings

The 0-2 Vikings welcome the 2-0 Panthers into the Metrodome for what looks to be another frustrating week for the sinking Vikings Ship. With backup QB Gus Frerotte taking over at the helm one must ask, can the Vikings put a win on the board in Week 3 or is Brett on to something with his theory to "play for 2009 draft picks"?

Bring on Gus Frerotte?

Looks like Coach Childerss has had enough of Tarvaris Jackson with the Vikings starting out at a dismal 0-2. Reports are that Gus Frerotte will be starting this coming weekend against Carolina.

Week 2 Recap -- Colts 18 - Vikings 15

Another tough week for the mighty Vikings. I think most people thought they had this one covered through the 3rd Quarter, but the Colts prevailed and foiled Minnesota run at starting the season 1-1. Here is the Week 2 Recap. 0-2 --- ouch! Brett is already talking about "good draft picks" during the next NFL Draft.

Brett's Big Dream - Not!

We all know how jazzed Brett was when he thought the Vikings were in the running to get Brett Farve to join them, here is a look at what things might have looked like had this dream come true. I'd venture a guess that the Vikings might have had a better start against the Packers on opening day had this happened!
